He's an unhurried kind of guy with little interest in politics, content in every sense of the word to live a life relatively unaffected by the constant back and forth of organizations that threaten each other every day right on his doorstep. Lee has a cool head most of the time and little has proven to faze him but he does possess a bit of a mean streak that usually reserves itself for the very worst of people, and he won't hesitate to make their lives difficult in whichever ways open up to him.Growing up the only son of a traditional Chinese tycoon, Lee Jun had considerable amounts of both indulgences and expectations placed upon him as a child, which had the combined effect of: ensuring he was always a little bit spoiled, as well as cultivating a bull-headed stubbornness that would later become the reason he struck out on his own instead of taking over daddy's billion-dollar corporation like they'd been grooming him for. Nevertheless, he's managed to become rather street-smart and savvy enough to bring his fully self-conceived coffee shop top-tier recognition within the city - the man does know a thing or two about his beans. Finally, despite everything, Lee's a honest (enough) and dependable guy, if you can convince him you're worth your salt. Lee owns a coffee shop named higher ground in District 3. He's negotiating to open a few more stores across the city. |

The user is able to disable the powers of other gifted beings, such that they are unable to utilize their powers as long as they are under the user's effect. The user exudes an invisible aura of specific radius that determines the area of effect, with powers becoming more dampened as vicinity to the user increases up to complete nullification within the inner circle. The user is able to activate or deactivate this aura at will, and can only hold the aura up for about an hour at a time before needing to recharge. However, an aura of significantly smaller radius can be held for much longer than an aura of extremely large radius due to the capacity of focus and energy required. This disabling of gifts and powers enables the user to employ other more mortal forms of incapacitation, such as this particular user's 4th dan black belt in taekwondo. He's a rich guy's son, that's the kind of stuff they spend money on. |
