All you really need to know is that he's a bored rich kid with too much money on his hands. He likes to make more money, and is not above using anything in his disposal to his advantage - be it his own wealth or his clairvoyant abilities. By day, he's an investor, often trying to grow his own wealth. By night, he's almost the opposite and honestly comes by his stereotype - a rich boy who doesn't hesitate to throw money at things if it serves him well.
He's the type of person to be known, have like 5k facebook friends and only really know 1% of the list. So please feel free to try and befriend him. He may be obnoxious at times, but he really is a gentleman (most of the time). It's pretty easy to talk to him, and to talk him into whatever you're trying to sell him. Of course, he's intelligent but he's also carefree. There's a wall to him that most people can't get across and as much as he'd like people to come through, good luck getting him to open up.
And as he has friends, he most likely has enemies. Not that he bothers or cares for them. He knows that there are many jealous of his money, abilities, looks, but he takes it all in stride. It isn't until something of his is threatened that he will take anything seriously. Powers above help you if he's out for your blood. However, he is quick to forgive and forget.
He's interested in casual flings (why not), but he's even more interested in this thing called love. Having some abandonment issues growing up, he's prone to keep everyone out to protect himself. However, he's a closet romantic, always hoping that something will work and it would just come to him. Feel free to try your luck with him, you never know what you might get.
Hello hello! I was looking at your kiddo's app and I just had this sudden thought LOL. But, since Jules is an investor living in District 1, I feel like Soleil will attempt to hit him up at one point or another to try and get funding for Aegis. Even though he's unaffiliated, she just needs $$$ to buy guns and uniforms and support Aegis, so she's gonna give a damn good pitch about keeping the city safe LMAO
But, I feel like — regardless of if she succeeds or not — it would be a fun thread to toss up! Just let me know if you're interested in this happening or not <3
but all the yeses. jules has no qualms about supporting different organizations with his money (as he surely already does anyway) as long as there's some sort of benefit to him. he doesn't really care about how the city does, at least not so much. so it would be interesting to see soleil convince him, and he'll all be teasing and flirting with her while she's doing so. but he does have a weakness for pretty women plus not sure what soleil's history is really but jules admires women in strong positions so he's more than willing to listen at least. he might be convinced to offer monetary or other help, but she'll definitely be bargaining hard.
can do a tech thread first before meeting up maybe? or i dunno. was thinking of snagging your open as a way to introduce each other if it wasn't taken in the next day or so. my brain is pretty floof on a starter for these two right now.

But yeah a tech thread sounds like a good idea (I say as though I've done one before lmao)! It would help solidify meeting details and the general mood/relationship between them before we get into the actual thread. Although if you'd rather their first meeting to be in Sol's open thread, that's fine too! It's really up to you! I can't wait to see how our kiddos interact though! <3
So, I'm guessing Jules has like, not just money. But that he's got money. So depending on the amount and Jules' interest in maintaining his fortune, perhaps he put his trust in the best stock broker in Hyperion. That being this guy. And since Jules is filthy rich, perhaps Judah puts it upon himself to network with Jules personally?
I could also see them meeting at some super high society party for all of the filthy rich. Maybe they get to talking and maybe because of his ability he picks up on some revealing deets that point out that Judah might not be who he seems to be on the surface. That being an old ass rich guy who's just interested in stocks.
Or maybe Jules even wants info on someone or something and Judah is the one to provide it to him because he knows Jules is filthy rich and that he can get some very gewd cash money out of him.

Jules will most definitely be needing a broker and certainly an adviser so Judah can definitely fill that position. The young man can see bits of the future so it may strike Judah as odd that he'd invest in random stocks or do odd purchases - something that I'm sure will just be seen as his own eccentricities. High society is something that Jules avoids, but certainly can see them meeting and networking there now and then.
Jules respects Judah in terms of his abilities to grow money, but he will be super suspicious about him - you've definitely got the part on getting the tingly vibes on the old man. Still, Jules is aware that everyone has skeletons in their closets so he might just shrug it off.
I was thinking of having Jules join Nostra to be honest, but I've yet to decide on what he'll get out of it and if it is of interest to him. I'm thinking interactions with Judah will allow him to see the light, so to speak. And I think Jules can be an asset to the org as well, despite already having someone who can use divination in the group, Jules can also contribute in pinpointing readings and what not.
