They don't want another incident like 15 years ago. In case you forgot about the wreckage to the north that they still call a district. All I'm saying is that if I knew someone next to me was capable of eviscerating a person with their mind then I would probably consider it.

I'm not saying it's a good idea to go out and try to be some sort of form filing vigilante. I just think that if someone is dangerous then they have a responsibility to inform people of such. For the sake of all us normal people.
