[attr="class","appcatsub3"]PERSONALITY [attr="class","appcat3"]Easy going. Fair. Sociable. Those were the words that his friends would generally use to describe him. Personally, he just saw himself as a decent human being, trying to do his best at winging it in this crazy world. He didn't come from much, his family having worked for most of their lives to allow him to live in the city. He was currently on his own anyhow, making enough to live in his own place at a fairly popular bar. He was dependable, always showing up on time, always doing his work, and always being respectful to both the owner, his coworkers, and the patrons. People who talked to him always said the same things: he was smart, and kind, and well spoken, but above all he was humble. Maybe it was the constant tired look in his eyes, or how it seemed that he always carried a huge weight upon his shoulders, but while he always seemed to be internally exhausted, talking to him would reveal a bubbling personality, and one that was always billowing over the top, talking to everyone and taking care of the people at the bar. A true people-person, he always seemed to take the helm and lead, interacting with everyone, and making sure they were all fine. They would say he was a dreamer though, that he always seemed to have some new idea or plan he wanted to try out one day, and many said that he even had a journal he would write down ideas into, or the interesting places or experiences of others that he wanted to one day try for himself. And while he always talked and did his best to keep those around him happy and at peace, any prodding at him would reveal the same answer: he was simply a bartender, nothing more, nothing less. |
[attr="class","appcatsub3"]POWER [attr="class","appcat3"]DEVOUR. Consume power to temporarily gain power.OVERVIEW. Personally, his power is similar to that of a sponge. He can absorb power or traits from different items or sources, and output that power at a later point. However, this power comes with a cost. It acts as a hunger, and generally depletes over time much like someone would when they eat. If he goes to long, it can grow voracious and possibly devour an area around him, so he almost constantly satiates it with things like fire and battery power. While this gives him the ability to be toasty and charge phones mainly, his power also has an upper limit, with too much power or traits absorbed leaving him anywhere from bloated to semi-catatonic as his body tries to work its way through it. He can harness and spend the power in bursts to release it, but generally lacks control as he likens it to being difficult to control at times. Mainly tries to just use it for bar tricks. |
