I don't have a lot for this kid, so you're free to change as much as you'd like. FC used in this Wanted Ad is Ia of Vocaloid, but you can use whomever. I'd prefer a light-haired FC, but if you like someone else, that's cool as well. Age isn't debatable, but you could push her to be eighteen, presuming she has an early birthday (Micah's is at the end of May). I'd specifically prefer a femme character, but she doesn't necessarily have to be female. She could be genderfluid, genderqueer, trans, etc. Whatever you're most comfortable with! We just currently have almost double the amount of males compared to females, so I'm trying to even things up a bit.

Now for some history: She and Micah originally lived in one of the ruined districts, probably District 11. Their parents were both killed in the war around fifteen years ago, and the pair were placed in government custody. They likely had foster parents up until Micah reached sixteen and applied to be an emancipated minor - I could see his sister going with him, though the foster parents likely retained custody of her until she also hit sixteen. I picture them as living in a university-provided flat, with both of them working part-time jobs to keep up with bills and the like. (I could see Micah forcing her to only work one while he works several so she doesn't fall behind in schoolwork.)

Her personality is ultimately up to you. I've written Micaiah as doting on her, so you could say she comes across as a bit sheltered, maybe a bit spoiled. I'd think she's relatively intelligent and down-to-earth compared to her hot-heated older sibling, but that's your call. I just really want him to have some family because it is so difficult for him to get along well with others, haha.
